Thank you for shopping with Moon Walkers! We hope you love your new playmat. However, if you need to return your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@moonwalkersworld.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Ship Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 working days
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund processing time:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service team at support@moonwalkersworld.com.
